Justin and his crew are fantastic! They saw my Subaru Ascent parked outside my work with bad hail damage and came in to see if they could fix it for me. I was hesitant at first thinking it might be a scam. I looked into his company and it seemed legitimate also, I had already called around and it was going to take at least 3 months to get my car in locally in Wyoming. They took care of the travel driving the vehicle back and forth to Colorado so it was very convenient for me. Southeastern Wyoming and Northern Colorado got hit with a pretty bad hailstorm last year and every shop in Cheyenne was booked out for at least 6 months in advance for repairs. Auto Hail Repair of Colorado fixed the dents on my car in less than a month due to having to order parts, paid my $500 deductible, and paid for my rental car for an entire month ($1000)! When we had a hail storm in Cheyenne in August, my car was damaged and had all these nasty dents. We initially thought that the insurance won’t cover the damages until Trace and Justin explained everything in detail. I’m glad he actually followed up with me regarding this because we wouldn’t have thought it’s possible to get all the damages fixed and just deal with it. The whole process was very easy.
I got my car back today and am very happy that it looks almost brand new. They communicated well and even delivered my car to me instead of me driving back to Colorado. The level of customer service and efficiency they have is unmatched.
