I am ecstatic! Steele Brothers installed a new Armstrong (Lennox) furnace (80% efficiency to avoid reconfigured venting, but to replace a 45 year old pilot-lit, less efficient, though reliable Rheem.) To that, I added a first-time AC: a 16 SEER, 3-ton, two stage unit from Armstrong that was significantly higher in efficiency and significantly lower in cost than either of the other reputable bidders. My home is a 1740 square feet bi-level. The two-man crew was respectful, masked up and finished the work in about six hours, then instructed me on the setup and use of the Wifi accessible thermostat. Now the really sweet part; with recording breaking heat in the first full week of September the AC ran intermittently for 5-6 hours at a comfortable 74 degrees. The condenser had very high ratings (4.9) from other homeowners and is slightly audible outside but at far fewer decibels than the window unit we had been using for hours each day. A special shout out to Tom Swartz, sales, (very responsive and insightful), the crew, and Bo in the office for providing some after-the-sale specifications for rebate purposes. Harlen Thornton

Steele Brothers cannot be more of an exceptional company and I would highly recommend them to anyone! We had them install a zoned HVAC system on our current furnace and heating/AC on our second floor of our new house. Besides doing a spectacular job, they also were kind and helped us when another contractor bailed on us. They also took the time to make sure we understood how all the systems worked and we're very communicative throughout the whole process. We will be using them for any and all of our HVAC needs in the future.
