They're terrible this year. The snow has been falling all day and they're doing is driving in circles with their blades up. We have cars getting stuck, cars sliding into each other, and they're not doing anything.

Unfortunately, CDI has been contracted through my HOA but I would look elsewhere if you are looking for a trustworthy, reliable company. This company damaged outdoor decor twice in a span of 6 months and even after reaching out several times with camera footage and photo proof I was contacted several months after the incidents took place. After speaking with John, who did not even apologize for the damage, in the first week of October in regards to reimbursement and providing all requested information and receipts I still have not received payment over 2 months later. I’m with a HOA & this company is horrible all the way around. Never did half the things that they were contracted to do. Very untrustworthy & had the nerve to quit working before end the contract. Management & services are terrible. BEWARE👎👎👎
