This past week, I called twice to get into the walk-in clinic, got put on hold & hung up on. One of times I was in the office looking at them. 2 days later I ended up in the ER & found out I have pneumonia. About 2 I go back to the walk-in, I'm told they don't put you on until 2:30, I said ok, I'll wait. I have pneumonia & I suppose to get it checked. All of a sudden I'm on the list. By the time I leave they make me feel like I wasted their time.

The front desk staff is always very helpful and Sara Stoit is amazing. She takes time to listen and never looks down on you. Always finds ways to help and find the root of the issue. Glad I changed to this clinic!!

The care we have received at Salida Health Center is exemplary. These folks are good at what they do and excellent service is the norm.This is healthcare. Not every single appointment can be perfect in every way; but overall this is where you want to go for excellent care from folks that really do care about you and your health.
