I had a leak on a pipe that they replaced. I turned of the the shut off valve and started fixing it only to find out that when they replaced that particular pipe they hooked into the water line and neglected to put a shut off valve on it!So, I spent an hour fighting water and flooding my basement. Who the hell is that stupid? I wouldn’t use them again if my house was sinking like Atlantis. If I could give them a negative star rating I would. Save yourself some headache, property damage and money and just call Valley wide. Jenner is a crook and a joke.Service: Plumbing pipe repair

I called this company to have a Thermal Couple replaced on my grandmothers water heater. I was told by the rude lady ( who hung up on me when asked why i needed to over pay) that they only replace water heaters not repair them. Instead of doing a 100.00 repair they force low income families to spend 1000-3000 dollars for a new water heater that is not needed. Way to sever the elderly in the community. They are also the only plumber found in town so they can charge what they want and recommend unnecessary products.

Are the techs that are sent out to service licensed plumbers? Would a plumber know to use a penetrating oil if they are dealing with a stuck valve? When they arrived and I mentioned that we had tried to turn the water valve off and it was stuck and to watch the plumber take their brute strength and then break it? They say they have dealt with the problem of sticky valves and they break due to age. Would not have been a problem if I had seen some attention paid to loosening the valve BEFORE BREAKING IT? I'm just a woman - who has dealt with issues like this on a business and personal level and it just seems to be common sense NOT TO BREAK THE VALVE and attempt to loosen the problem. BUT, IT DOES INCREASE BUSINESS FOR THE PLUMBER WHEN DEALING WITH PROBLEMS IN THIS MANNER. P.S. After breaking the valve to shut off the water, the original repair was successful without the water being shut off in less than 1 minute. I watched.
