We are new to the area and had an issue with a tub leaking. We had no idea who to contact but I chose Heritage because they had great reviews. Kevin immediately called me back. Took time to visit with me and scheduled me to come in a couple days. Him and his son were the very next day. They were both so kind. They were very very fair on the price…. Kevin, of Heritage Plumbing & Heating, has done excellent Plumbing for us, and our construction company, for decades. He is professional, timely and patient. His work is exceptional. When something needs to be taken care of, he will do it ASAP. He goes out of his way to help one out. His Son Brandon is a lot like his Father - the two of them make an great team. When you need any plumbing done - new construction, hot water heat systems, fixing old plumbing etc., Kevin's the Man.
Our house came with a desperately undersized water heater. I reached out to Kevin for recommendations on a tankless upgrade. He was patient and informative describing multiple options and helping us find the right unit to fit our needs. Ordering was simple and when Kevin and his son Brandon came to our house they finished our upgrade quicker than I expected. The father and son team were very professional and respectful of the current situation with COVID, wearing all the necessary PPE. My wife and I could not be happier.
