“As many have said, Nic is AMAZING. Genuine person and has been incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our building process. Nic was also very accommodating to our unique situation and family dynamics which I'm forever grateful and appreciative for more than he will ever know! Every worker we interacted with from Cleary in this process was very professional and friendly.

Chris (concrete) and Robert (electrical) subcontractors were also a joy to work with. The concrete work is incredible, smooth and the lines are perfect. Chris was able to accommodate putting in a car lift and additional pour in front of our building and Robert from I & C Power has bent over backwards to help us get what we need with Black Hills coordination. I would also add whoever they used for the garage door install were also superb and stayed past working hours to finish the job!

Marking it down 1 star due to overall delays in the project. I'd recommend Cleary to overestimate time to completion from the beginning just because we had a ton of different plans that were solely around the building being completed on time (however, that is construction and the time we live in now a days -- just be more realistic in timeframe).

Overall -- we are so happy with our garage and some custom needs to our build and are SUPER excited to start making it a functional garage.
