Dr. Ashby is praised for his expertise, friendliness, and attentiveness to patient needs. The office is known for its professionalism and compassion, accommodating same-day appointments when needed. The front staff provides excellent support, including assistance with insurance coverage. Overall, it is considered the best eye care option in the area.
Despite not having the best experiences with this company in the past, I wanted to take a moment to highlight the exceptional service I received from Rocky today. She was quick, kind, and incredibly helpful when I called about ordering contact lenses. She got right down to business, answered all of my questions, and made the process feel easy and efficient. It was a refreshing change and truly appreciated. Rocky is a standout, thank you for your help!
Dr. Ashby and his team are wonderful! The doctor took the time to answer any questions I had, and made the eye exam very easy.
Rocky and her staff went above and beyond to help me find a pair of glasses that fit my face, and stayed in communication with me while we were waiting for them to come in. If you live in Pueblo West this is definitely the eye doctor to come to.
Wonderful office! Twice in the last month I have needed to be seen when my optometrist was not available. Each time this optometry office found time to see me the same day I called. They are professional, knowledgeable and compassionate. I am now a regular patient.
