Brittany made the initial setup very easy and thoroughly explained everything to me. When Matt arrived, he also went over the process and explained exactly what he was going to do.
The results are outstanding. The stairs look amazing, and Matt was even able to remove two very old stains from the stair landing. Additionally, all of the door mats and the area carpet—which was filthy from shoe traffic and concrete dust—now look brand new. Before leaving, Matt explained the necessary care instructions for the door mats and area rug to ensure they keep looking their best.
