There are two door bells at the front desk that apparently don't work. I pressed both of them and 4-5 minutes later no one had come up front so I called the building at which point someone came up front to answer the phone. The two staff members present at drop off and the two different staff members present at pick up were not the least bit friendly. No attempt to interact with my dog either. No people skills or customer service skills whatsoever. If you can't be friendly towards someone who is giving you money I do not trust you to taken care of a beloved family member. I can not say enough about this place and the employees. Thank you so much for all the help and support. Y'all never to busy to take the time to explain things in a way everyone can understand.

I found this place when i was looking for a place to board my dogs for a few nights. I have never had to board my dogs before so I was not sure what to look for or what to ask. I had looked at a few places in town but this one has indoor kennels and great hours to work with. I have two small rescues that are very shy and nervous about new people and places so, I was a little nervous about how they would do, but when I went to pick them up they had done just fine.
