Rita and I have been in our home for almost a year and a half and have been pleased with the overall experience with Great Western Homes Our sales rep Tom Steinua has been attentive, timely and professional throughout the process. No building project happens without some issues and problems. That's life. What sets one company or individual apart from another is how they respond to them. I am happy to say that Tom Steinua and the rest of the team at GWH responded as quickly as circumstances would allow and continued to follow through after the issue was resolved. Great job!

In June, we'll be celebrating two years in our Great Western Home and we can't say enough about how Tom and Bonita, our primary contacts at Great Western throughout the process, were so good to work with. Tom was our Project Engineer and he excelled at frequently sharing information and updates with us. Since we were often communicating with him from 2,000 miles away, he often thoughtfully shared photos of updates, progress on our home. Much appreciated!! We would highly recommend meeting with the folks at Great Western Homes to anyone interested in a modular home. 5 Stars for sure.

Tom is stellar. He went out above and beyond with helping my husband and I find a modular home for our lot had an irregular shaped lot. Although we didn't go with them as he couldn't find the right house for the weird shaped lot we had, he as super helpful and tried his best. We would have gone with them if a house was found. That being said, we had a fantastic experience with Tom. I would still highly recommend this company!! 5 stars!! ⭐️ 🌟🌟🌟🌟
