The owner Ross Hartman and his team have come through on a very hard claim for our house after one of the most catastrophic hailstorms our area had ever had. They fought hard for months with the insurance company and used their extensive knowledge of the current building codes to get our build done correctly. The final results of our build project are the talk of our small community.
I needed a new roof. First my roof was 11 years old and the backside had been trashed by wind and hail. The frontside was much better but I was worried about it with all the crazy weather it’s endured. Ross patiently worked with my insurance company to show I really did need a new roof. I’m so appreciative of his time and patience working with my insurance adjuster. I feel like any other company would have just walked away and told me to wait until the front was more damaged.
