I highly recommend Shirley Septic Trash. I had a weight issue in the middle of a crisis with my dog’s cancer diagnosis. Karen immediately got me a second can delivered the next day, got my trash picked up, and made the problem go away. She couldn’t have been kinder and more helpful.

They used to be reliable and they are less expensive than Mountain View Waste, but for the last few months they have been hit and miss with pickups and they will not answer their phone. When we have spoken with someone they were incredibly rude and hung up on us stating we were too upset. Up to you, but I would do research before going with Shirley Septic.

I called they came. They pumped the septic tank. I was happy, then I went to inquire about the bill. A young lady told me that they were going to double the price.She said it would be a $1.48 a gallon and the and that the price was double over the previous year, of 2022 (I had her tell me twice to be sure) we had this done in 2023. I looked at the price online for 2022 it was $0.30 a gallon so I tell her this and she says that she will call her boss so he calls me back and says it will be $0.66 a gallon for the tank pump service.I still wonder why the price was twice the amount.
