We had several companies provide us quotes, and the representative from White Rhino was by far the most professional. As all the quotes were very similar, we went with them based on that. I'm glad we did. The guys from White Rhino worked hard and worked efficiently to get my generator in quickly and solidly. They were also extremely professional and personable. When finished, I received an extensive brief on how the generator works in such a way as a non-technical guy like me could understand clearly. I've already recommended them to one friend, and I recommend them to you if you're looking for a backup generator of your own.
Hands down amazing. Power went out late Thursday. MVEA says it’s not them. White Rhino has me take a picture and we notice some sparky sparks happening. Uh oh! Sam came out bright and early (and before his scheduled time!) this morning and got us fixed up. Couldn’t ask for better service. Thank you and your team for your Superman style skills. Rhino is the right name for this company whose workers labor through thick and thin, barely stopping to take a breath. I don't even know if they eat. Samuel and Michael just kept working as if the world was coming to an end. Which it thankfully didn't. But the job did, far sooner than expected. These fellas are proficient, expedient, conscientious through every step of the install (an all-house Generac Generator), keen on safety, and clear as a bell in explaining everything. Thank you!
