Just closed on our first home a few days ago and I couldn't be more grateful to Kit and all the staff involved. I've worked in the trades and couldn't help but notice St. Aubyn uses really good quality materials when it comes to the frame, siding, roofing, and paint so I would like to assume they carry these standards all across the board. Despite our many questions everyone was very patient with us and helped the process go by smoothly despite everything currently going on. I've been recommending these guys to our friends that are currently looking for a home or to anyone who wants a well built home with no hassles

I arrived here 3 months ago with my family. I have probably looked at over 100 homes, new, pre-owned, single story w/basement 2 story with basement and without. Our needs are basic my high wants are in the kitchen mostly. Our budget is tight and it is a high sellers market so it has been really rough!! I was exhausted I had already been to a dozen builders it was a Sat my husband and I were about to head back to our apartment and I said what the heck lets just take a look at the saint Aubyn That was 2 weeks ago and yesterday my lender sent over the pre approval!!!! We stumbled across this home builder and I am so glad we did! This home is extremely well built and has a lot of high end details! Shelly was a pleasure to work with and so helpful and any little thing that has come up she is on it! Kit, our salesperson was great too and came through like a champ, he was so helpful with the process and got is into our dream house for the right price!Great experience all around! Thanks to all!
