He was prompt, courteous, and transparent with no surprise cost. Got the job done quickly. His 30 years of experience showed and he came in the evening to get us taken care of quickly. We received a quote earlier in the same day from a plumber whose prices kept changing, and they diagnosed the problem as something completely different and much more costly. Glad we got a 2nd opinion and found a plumber who is trustworthy. We will definitely use his services again!

Came out on a Saturday nite for a real stubborn drain plug. It was 75 feet out in the street. Worked his butt off for 2 hours. Cleared the plug and it works great. Highly recommended!!
