“First, this review is long overdue. I have used AquaDuct twice (two different properties) for roofing needs and I'll use them again if needed. Both times Scott and Trevor were thorough, professional, knowledgable and patiently provided guidance in working with my insurance company, which was a lengthy process (how to manage paperwork, dealt with a rude inspector the first time, secured a re-inspection, negotiated accurate pricing from insurance, etc). I tend to ask a lot of questions and they always took the time to explain everything. Also, they followed up on their own initiative after the work was complete to fix a minor cosmetic issue during installation. Highly recommend these guys!“
