Quiet neighborhood aside from active construction. There are high metro fees but no one cares for the neighborhoods. No parks, no trails, no snow plowing. I really love living out of town. The skies are beautifully clear at night to see the stars.Beautiful areas around the neighborhoods full of construction litter, rusted metal debris, exposed wires, alcohol containers in work zones, and a deep drainage pit for the kids and animals to fall in to. The drainage pit issue has been reported. No one wants to claim responsibility for it.Some homes have awful grading around them which leads to ground near the foundation washing away.
