The gentlemen did an outstanding job getting me a quick spot, identifying the problem, managing expectations, and presenting me with options. I’m out here from CA helping a friend post op and a piece under my car came loose and needed to be replaced. They took the car in that day, tracked down the part needed and had it repaired and back to me in two days. Everyone was very friendly and caring. The added plus for me as the mother of a Lutheran pastor was the beautiful display of crosses on the wall.
They ended up doing the job and honestly figuring out some non-standard troubleshooting and repair. My issue is they sent me a complete inspection report right before they called to tell me my vehicle was ready for pickup, it would have been nice to receive that throughout the process since they were pretty poor communicators. The second issue was the service was supposed to cost $280, they called and told me more troubleshooting was need and would be an additional $90. When I picked my vehicle up it was $580.
