I'm a runner and for years I was unable to enjoy running as I was dealing with a foot injury from a prior foot surgery. My foot surgery not only caused last foot pain, but it also messed up my whole spine to compensate for the pain in my foot. I was a mess. Dr. Wolf taught me so much about how my body compensates when things are not in alignment and with her help of adjustments and dry needling I'm back to running 3 days a week again and loving it!

I had a pinched nerve or something in my neck and couldn't really turn my head. It was my first time visiting a chiro- I had already tried massage, which just made me more sore and still unable to move. Dr. Wolf was amazing, gentle, and so informative.
