Wish I could give all the stars in the sky. I cannot express the love I have for Dr. Richardson and the whole Vivid Smiles family. I came to Vivid Smiles after randomly finding an ad. I was hesitant as I had anxiety and his office is an hour from my home. I had an awful experience with my teeth and a denture and I was in a really bad head space. I came in for a consultation and it was the first time in years that I didn't leave a dentist office in tears. They made me feel important, worthy, and wiped away all my fears. The whole treatment was explained to me in detail. They asked me how I felt and if I wanted to make any changes every time I came in for my treatments. They all went above and beyond to make sure this process and experience went smoothly. I highly recommend that if anyone who has anxiety with dental work, dentist, or your own personal insecurities to go see Dr. Richardson and the Vivid Smiles team (especially Ally). 😁 I have a beautiful smile for the first time in my life and the confidence to go with it. This office is absolutely amazing. Kind, friendly and professional. Highly recommend. I went in with fear that I would have to have complete implants - and received the great news that he can fix the teeth that have issues - and will work with me on how I want it done. Such a relief.
