Kristen is amazing! I originally went to her a couple of years ago with lower back pain that would not go away while I was training for a cycling event (I tried physical therapy, acupuncture, stretching etc. and nothing worked) somehow she was able to release the muscles to get some movement in my lower back again and I have been going to her ever since. Amazing deep tissue and relaxing massage that works wonders.
