I came in to better understand what might be going on in my system as I prepare for CS2 training, and the session helped bring awareness to a few areas I want to explore further—specifically what felt like a blockage around my shoulder. The work itself is very subtle, but I experienced clear physical releases along with a deep sense of relaxation.

Sam and Rae have done an incredible job of creating a safe and affordable space where they do exemplary work!! They have both tailored massages to my needs, offered insight on my body and the places I hold tension, and have provided so much relief already! I can't reccomend them enough!
Great set-up inside Beauty Refined. Rae listened and asked clarifying questions on what my desires were for the massage. She also confirmed a few minutes into the massage that the pressure was sufficient so she could adjust if needed. I appreciated the question as I sometimes find it hard to know when to speak up. I've already booked my next one. I've found the right place for massages in Parker!
