The 2 techs we had were very good. Worked and explained the process as they completed it. Easy to communicate with and at our request carefully moved the furniture that we had identified in order to do their work. Indicated we would receive pictures of the work completed. We would request their services again.

After a less than perfect first cleaning by a different technician, Mike came out. He listened to me carefully and then went above my expectations to clean the area! It looks GREAT!! Ask for Mike if you want a job well done!!!! Thanks Mike!!!
Shane was thorough, professional, and very helpful in explaining the different service options. I was extremely impressed with the quality of the carpet cleaning—my carpets looked so wonderful that I decided to take advantage of the annual service plan discount.
I highly recommend Shane and Stanley Steemer for your carpet cleaning needs. Excellent service and excellent results!
