Steve and his team have been one of the BEST contractors I have worked with in my 25 years of overseeing commercial construction projects. Steve and his crew were exactly as we expected and better. Down to earth, yet very serious about deadlines and quality of work. Nothing was missed, and they found things that the architects missed, so we were always in line. Most important, the buildout was fully functional day 1, they stewarded things all the way yo the end and past. Sure appreciate the fine work and very fair price for all services!
