When I called ahead to ask about trying on some frames, Austin was able to tell me what days and times would be most suited to a walk-in if I needed assistance, even noting the optician’s lunch schedule when he wouldn’t be available.

I'm so happy I found Parker Optical after having a few frustrating experiences with our previous eye doctor in Parker. The entire staff is so incredibly friendly and easy to work with, and my appointment with Dr. Callahan was really great. I'd been having some issues with my vision a few years after Lasik, and she took the time to talk me through what was likely happening, what my options were, and to make sure my reading prescription was the best it could be. To top it all off, working with Miguel on which frame and lens options were best, and adding new lenses to a pair I already had and liked, was such a great experience. What a wonderful experience!! Austin (the technician that did the initial resting) was very friendly, efficient & professional. My eye exam with Dr Pearson exceeded my expectations! He is so kind, professional, knowledgeable & answered a ton of questions!
