I have suffered with low back pain for over 10 years and 5 years ago I was told I needed to have a fusion surgery. A few months after my surgery, I still had low back pain and the pain had spread to many other areas of my body. My surgeon sent me for an MRI and then onto a rheumatologist for suspected fibromylgia and arthritis. Tried several medications only to suffer terrible side effects (from terrible headaches, constant upset stomach, a skin rash) and none of them were making the pain go away. After many rheumatology visits, several 2nd opinions, physical therapy and nothing was helping, I still hurt every day. I decided that working was to much and thought that if I quit working, my body would heal....NOPE! 2 years off work and no progress. Then, I stumble on an ad for a chiropractic office that is looking for front office help. I decided to go in, meet Dr. Godsey and apply. It was one of the best decisions I have ever made!! I started getting regular adjustments and within 2 weeks, I noticed a huge difference!! The eye opener was one day when I was upstairs doing laundry and my cell phone rang from downstairs, without realizing I found myself running down the stairs....RUNNING?!! I haven't been able to run down stairs for more than 10 years. Dr. Godsey has truly has changed my daily life and I couldn't be more grateful!
