We have been using Keith for tax preparation for a few years now. It is incredibly easy to use the portal to securely upload our documents. In addition, if I have any questions or concerns, I always receive a prompt and courteous response. I cannot recommend him enough - extremely professional, transparent and top notch service!
We have been with Keith for years and even after moving away to another state we decided to stay with him because he has made taxes so easy for us. When I asked him if he was comfortable doing taxes for another state, there was no hesitation.Most of our communication is via email and we upload our files into a secure portal. If something more complicated occurs we can easily create a video meeting with him or a phone call. We have never had a problem being remote with Keith.
