Dryer went out, called John. Spoke with him and found out our dryer was 20 years old. He recommended replacing due to cost comparisons and recommended models and locations to purchase.

Mr. John Wright is the best appliance repair person we've ever encountered! He is kind, honest, and knows his stuff! He tried to help problem solve over the phone but then was more than happy to come out and lay eyes on our issue. He did have to order a part because 2 pieces were broken on our dryer versus just one, but he was able to come back 2 days later once the part was in to fix our dryer. He also explained what and why he was doing what he was doing. We feel like having Mr. John Wright was a better value than purchasing a new dryer and we are so thankful people have told us to give him a call. We highly recommend him!
Our refrigerator went out, and I called John at 6:45 am. He could have scheduled an appointment and charged us to look at it and potentially fix it. Instead, he took the time to chat with me and recommend not fixing it due to the repair cost alone, but recommended several replacements and locations to buy.This type of customer service is a thing of the past.While he obviously didn't work on anything for us, his integrity in assisting is worth a five star review.Thanks John!
