I stopped by John's booth at the Parker Days festival with a couple friends. There was one photograph that caught one of my friend's eye; she really liked it. When she stepped outside the tent to look at a photo of the Maroon Bells, I whispered to John that I wanted him to save that photo for me because she was going to have it for her birthday. The following week I called John, made arrangements to come to his studio, and he met me there 30 minutes later. He does great work and is very accommodating to his customers. I'm a photographer myself, so I know good photos when I see them. His are top notch.
