Wow! Since Jennifer Grin left, the Parker location on Crown Crest has gone downhill fast. What a disaster since becomingEye Con Eye Care.I was recently seen by a Dr. Alexia Bounkhong. She has a horrible bedside manner! She was very impatient and condescending! If I did not answer her questions quickly or if I had any hesitation in the clarity of what i was seeing during the eye exam she became huffy and said, “You know” this is really not that hard!So I was just supposed to tell her that I saw everything perfectly! The web scheduling and confirmation e-mail says nothing about not being able to drive yourself because they always dilate. I only found out because they called to 'find out what your insurance is' even though the web scheduling clearly said self pay, which means they don't want anyone to self pay. It used to be medical offices preferred self pay so they wouldn't have to fight with an insurance company but no more. The person calling couldn't even pronounce the word pituitary. Since that called into question whether Dr. Koczman has any experience with other pituitary patients, I asked and wasn't given an answer other than the parroted 'we see all kinds of patient' which...read full review
Office gave me a very poor pre-screening for catarct surgery. I voiced my opinion. One the first visit I was 15 minutes late and they they force me to reschedule. On the second visit I was on time and they force me to wait 35 minutes. Then the eye tech gave me not a very thorough exam. After voicing my concerns the Dr sent me a letter saying that because I was dissatisfied with the treeting he was going to refuse service. They are the only ones that accepte my insurance and have put me in a bad situation.
