I was visiting from out-of-town and needed a same day, Sunday appointment. I was able to get in within a few hours. All the staff were friendly and professional. I was able to enjoy the last day of vacation! Thanks!
I absolutely love this office and their staff! The staff is out of this world amazing. Every call is picked up, every question you have is answered, and every paperwork request is completed in a timely fashion. If something is missed, they have no problem addressing it and making sure your concern is handled. The doctors and front desk personnel are incredibly kind in the most genuine way. They honestly want the best for you and will work with you to find a means to an end of whatever health concern you may have. We really like Apex Family Practice. Dr. Donate is excellent and takes time to understand what your family needs. She knows her patients and my kids really like her. Our entire family is at Apex Family Practice. We appreciate the location, timely services, the kindness of all staff, and Dr. Giulia Brighi Donato’s professionalism/ expertise as a practioner. 10/10 would recommend Apex to all families in Parker.
