Couldn't be kinder! Martha and another lady (I wish I remembered her name) were exceptionally helpful, friendly and did everything they could to go above and beyond to be helpful. Exceptional customer service.
Jabari H. with Roadside Assistance assisted me and my family along I-25 SB on 11/1 at night. His urgent presence, respectful demeanor, and assistance with us, gave myself and a family a reassurance we would be okay. Very grateful for his help and more family members are now considering adding AAA due to this individuals outstanding assistance with the tow! Huge thanks to Jabari!
Heather Hanley helped me get into a lease on a brand new Tacoma. She was incredible to work with and super straightforward. She asked me what I wanted and how much I was wanting to spend. My initial idea was well out of my price range and she was very prompt and honest about that. She helped me work down my truck package to something that fit my budget better. I did not go to a dealership once, she never lied to me, and got me exactly what I wanted. I would highly recommend Heather for everyone.
