The technician was extremely courteous and professional and called the office for answers to my questions when he wasn't sure. The equipment he used was very impressive and I expect great results!
Troy was great! He called me 20 minutes before arriving to our appointment. I appreciated that since there was a misunderstanding standing with the scheduling. He was flexible to do our interior first to accommodate the shuffling of our pets being moved inside and out.Overall a great experience and would definitely recommend.
Excellent service! We have had 3 quarterly visits so far. The last two were very knowledgeable, thorough, professional and diligent. It was apparent that they were not just going through the motions/taking shortcuts. The first visit was made by a brand new employee who was not yet very knowledgeable or confident. Also he had an extreme fear of wasps/bees. He was very courteous.
