Keith, the owner, is amazing! He is so knowledgeable and truly an expect in his field. I had shoulder pain for WEEKS and after just 1 session the pain has significantly declined. Prices are very reasonable for the level of experience Keith has and provides. I would highly recommend
First Keith (owner and physical therapist) years ago while he worked at Lifetime Fitness. He specializes is physical therapy but also is an athletic trainer. Went to him at the gym to work on muscle stiffness and weight loss. He used trigger point massage to help with the first issue and work outs at the gym and fitness advice for other times when I worked out without him. He also is a wealth of medical advice for other areas due to his continuing to take courses and attend seminars to keep his many certifications current. When he went and opened his own practice, I jumped at seeing there. Now he can also add things like dry needling to his arsenal of tools to help people....read full review
