Dr sharda has been ABSOUTLY essential on my wellness and bodybuilding journey! I am a mother of 10, and 51 years old. Hormones are balanced! Skin is young and radiant.. and I have lost 60 lbs..I’m strong and have youthful energy. Following are the treatments i have recieved so far: NAD INJECTION SEMIGLUTIDE IV THERAPY GLO peptide TESTERONE therapy we have done pellet and injection (Keeps a good eye on my labs) Estrogen EVOLVE treatments to help with muscle tone in my lower core and pelvic floor And now looking foward to nouvaderm skin resurfacing! MORPHEUS … even on my glutes.. because as a bodybuilder this is one place that can tend to sag.. Sharda fixed that TOTALLY!! I would also reccomend Morpheus and Nouvaderm for those sneeky places where age just shows up like elbows.. kneese, and hands! With PRP and Hyaluronic acid injectons in my knee, it MAKES IT POSSIBLE and totally painless for me to lift heavy on legs 3 says a week! She quite literaly keeps me going in the gym! Total cardio and trainning….A total of 10 hours in gym a week and I LOVE it. Im sooo gratefull for you Sharda! Thank you!!! Sharda… you have been life changing for me this last year..
