When my vehicle was torpedoed by a Broomfield City transit van, that failed to signal before diving into my lane, I immediately contacted Hull & Zimmerman for advice on how to proceed. Rick Hull courteously helped and advised me throughout the long, drawn-out process. Mr. Hull very much went against my common expectations that contacting an attorney would immediately trigger an expense that I could in no way afford. Instead, before the question of payment was even touched upon, Rick spent a great deal of time with me on multiple occasions on the phone and via email to guide and advise me through the steps I must take before even considering hiring an attorney. I was referred to Rick Hull from our mutual chiropractor after two car accidents. One of the cases claimed NO fault for my injuries and offered nothing in return and the second case offered $500. I personally sat down with Rick at a time during a crisis he was going through and he assured me he would do his best. I have only one minor complaint and that is that communication for how things were going was only conducted upon my inquiry. An occasional phone call from someone would have been nice to know how things were progressing. Now the greatest part is that both accidents have been settled for far more than I could have imagined and I was pleasantly surprised that I actually went home with more money in my pocket than Rick! The last time I was in an accident and used a lawyer, the lawyer made more money on the case than I went home with! Thank you Rick Hull and Simone for allowing me the ability to meet with you to pick up the final payments closer to home! I will be recommending anyone I know to be in contact with you.
