Nearly 15 years ago, I was having some issues with tension in my neck and shoulders. I went to Good Medicine Massage to see if the tension and knots could be loosened. A few visits were needed but the result was success. I decided at that time massage was for me and I became a semi-regular customer as various muscles in my body would need attention. Over the years, I have determined that I feel better, function better, sleep better and I am happier when I have regular massage. I have been a client of Jennifer's at Good Medicine Massage for about 18 years. I fully attribute my ability to continue bowling, golfing, walking and exercising without pain in my 60's, to the care I've received over the years from her. Jennifer is extremely knowledgeable and is a 'natural' teacher and healer. She can feel areas of the body needing attention, and knows exactly how to address any issues.
