HAIR BY DELLA STE 130, is AWFUL! Scheduling with her is a WASTE of TIME & MONEY! Find SOMEONE ELSE! She takes days to even call you back, nor does she ever answer her ph. I waited 4 weeks to get in & when I did she didn't want to do my hair because...??? exactly no reason, I think it's because my hair is long (middle of my back), she was coming up with every lame, excuse that made no sense, I have got highlights before, I have been to several salons & have NEVER had this much of an AWFUL, HORRIBLE experience! I wanted highlights and ended up with uneven blonde that didn't go to the roots and my hair was fried and got broken. I new and the stylist new it wasn't right because she offered to come in the next day (Father's Day) to fix it if I didn't like it once it was dry. I spent 2 hours getting it done, was unhappy but was stupid enough to pay her. I cried when I got home and the next morning my hair was so matted that I couldn't get me fingers through it. I contacted her and she did offer to fix it but the solution to even the color out was tipp pull the blonde all the way through. I thought to myself why would I fry my hair more? I say that a refund would be in order last...read full review
