Customers have had a wonderful experience with Abbey Carpet & Tile, from the sales process to the installation. One customer had new carpet installed in June 2023 and is very happy with the results, even with two dogs in the home. Another customer had luxury vinyl plank (LVP) installed on their entire first floor and was impressed with the dedication of Brittany to ensure their satisfaction. Additionally, a third customer decided to remove some carpet and extend their vinyl plank flooring into their family room. They were pleased with the excellent service and installation by Sean, who completed the project in just two days and even made a great transition to their fireplace hearth. Abbey Carpet & Tile's great pricing and service have led to highly recommended reviews from their customers.
Had an excellent experience from sales to installation. Settled on the Karndean Art Select Hickory Paprika...Tony talked us out of the darker color since it would show dirt more. Sean was great as an installer...really nice guy who ultimately wanted everything to be perfect. He moved more furniture than I thought one guy could. For ~1000 SF install it took 5 days (tear out and install). Would absolutely use Abbey again.

Brittany was incredible to work with from start to finish. She took the time to understand our style, preferences, and needs, and helped guide us to the perfect flooring and carpet choices for our home.
Her knowledge, patience, and attention to detail were evident every step of the way. Brittany even came out personally to take measurements, which shows her commitment to quality and customer service. The installation crew was professional, punctual, and did outstanding work — we couldn’t be happier with the results.
