Was brought here from an insurance claim and needed my Highlander repaired for damage. The process was quick and the team here kept in contact with updates through the process. If I could give Kaizen 100 ⭐️ I would!! I had a road trip planned 3 days before my vehicle was damaged. They were able to work with the insurance adjuster that afternoon and get me in a rental that day. My road trip was planned for at least 30 days, Kaizen worked with my schedule so I was able to enjoy my trip. If you need body work done. This is the place to go. The team here did an amazing job accommodating our needs! They were able to move up the completion date in time for us to go on a planned vacation. The untimely car accident we were in could've derailed family plans if it wasn't for Taylor!
