We talked to other flooring companies but ended up going with US Floors Direct because their quote was fair and we trusted Eric, the sales rep. During the install the foreman, Arthur was responsive to the few concerns we had. His crew worked hard and cleaned up nicely when they left. Our floors look great and we appreciate their hard work and attention to detail.
Eric and Will and their teams were helpful and prompt from the very beginning. The process of picking out tile, carpet, and hardwood stains was flawless. Perhaps the best part was when they had a delay in materials for another job, they were able to come to our house and start 2 weeks before we were originally scheduled. The quality of the work was excellent as was the price. They refinished our hardwood, laid carpet, retiled a master bath and guest bath, and did the tile back splash in our kitchen. If I have need, I won't hesitate to bring them on again for another job. Thank you!!
