I have thoroughly enjoyed rehabbing two hips at ORA in Monument! Kristen is a very knowledgeable and kind physical therapist. She provided many exercises which helped me regain mobility and strength quickly. She listened to my concerns and adjusted my regimen when necessary. I think most importantly, she advised taking a day off when my body showed signs of stress. Rebekkah provided motivation throughout my rehab sessions and kept them engaging and fun. After completing my sessions I feel better than I have in a few years and am ready to get back to hiking, biking, swimming and taking my dog for walks once again. Christin was fantastic!! Worked with me constantly, checking on my pain level and ability to do more. She took me from knee replacement surgery to full motion in just 2 months! She’s definitely a knee specialist!

I suffered a severe Shoulder Sprain from a fall in October 2025, and here it is February 5th, 2026. Have been in Physical Therapy 3 days per week, and have been recovering slowly, but I am very comfortable with my progress, and have cut back to 2 days per week.
I am very pleased and grateful to be working with the some of the finest and most competent Physical Therapists in Colorado Springs. Anshu and Justin were great. Highly recommended.
