Customer service representative (Jennifer) went above and beyond to help us. She kept us informed during the entire repair process. Quality work was performed on the vehicle and repairs were completed earlier than the quoted time frame. We would highly recommend this Monument shop.
Absolutely amazing folks! We had a problem with our fender on the way out to Sturgis, and we needed some help, to get back on the road!. Caliber Collision was amazing-- Lawrence, Brett, Kia, and Jen they got us back on the road within 30 mins! A blessing from up above! We will be forever grateful! ❤️
The Monument location was great to work with, communication/updates were helpful and the vehicle looks amazing. Loved too that they coordinated with Enterprise for the car rental, one less thing that I needed to do.Services: Painting
