From the moment I dropped off my minivan at Caliber Collision in Monument, I knew I was in good hands. They explained the repair process thoroughly, with great attention to detail. All associates were friendly and knowledgeable. Rick, who oversaw my repair, communicated regularly with updates on its progress. The entire office operated like a well-oiled machine. The best part about this branch was how beautifully they returned my minivan. Not only was the damage repaired, but the exterior was sparkling - with the rims even scrubbed, and the interior was cleaner than ever! I felt so well taken care of from start to finish and would HIGHLY recommend!
Absolutely phenomenal experience! I brought my 2003 Ford Excursion in to repair some body damage from an off roading incident with a tree. Rick and his manager Kacey took amazing care of me and my vehicle through the entire process, working closely with USAA and not costing me a penny more than my deductible. I am extremely satisfied and will definitely come back in the future should the need arise.
Super helpfull! Paul came out to do my estimate for a drive-by scrape and he thought it could be buffed out without a costly repair. He then proceeded to buff out the scrape for me!! Saved me the cost of my deductable! Excellent customer focus to help save me money, you can trust this shop!
