About Best Dog
Best Dog offers a variety of training classes, from puppy obedience to nosework, catering to dogs of all breeds and ages. Their positive reinforcement training approach helps build confidence and obedience in dogs. With classes like Obedience 1 and reactive privates, owners can see significant improvements in their dogs' behavior. The nosework classes provide a fun and engaging way to exercise dogs' minds, especially during cold winter days. The trainer, Nora, is known for her expertise and calmness, which has helped many dogs, including Sophie, grow and feel confident. Owners appreciate her patience and kindness, especially when working with children learning to train their dogs. Best Dog is highly recommended for dog owners in the Monument area, regardless of their dog's breed, age, or temperament.
Our Simon started out with Best Dog in puppy obedience, went back for an obedience refresher this year at three years old and then went on to do Nora’s Nosework 1 and 2 classes- these were so much fun and a great way to keep that mind exercised (and a bonding thing for him and I) when I can’t seem to wear him out enough physically, particularly on these short cold days! We’ve loved all her classes- certainly will be bringing any future puppies there straight away for obedience training. And I can’t recommend the nosework ones enough for someone wanting to keep their pups entertained- some may think that such classes are for specific breeds or ages of dogs, but we had younger and older dogs of all breeds and everyone liked it and all of the dogs caught on quickly. Hoping we can get our other shepherd boy started on this too once we get through holidays.
this dog training -great!
We have used Nora for a few classes and highly recommend her services! We recently brought our dog to the reactive rover course and saw great results with her ability to calm herself and be a good citizen around other dogs. Nora is patient, understanding, and uses positive reinforcement to bring the best out of your dog
