Matt the owner of Aver Contracting is awesome! He is very responsive and knowledgeable. We have used him to draw up our septic system design, as well as the structural engineer stamped prints. He is a referred contractor by Elbert County, and I can see why! He also is a one stop shop for home builders/owners. I would refer him to anyone if you want the job done right!

How Aver doesn't have 10,000, 5 star reviews is beyond me. Matt at Aver Contracting is spectacular. He really helped us out with our septic system. It's a long story but he saved us tens of thousands of dollars and his quality or work is amazing. Passed inspection on the first go, and was fantastic with communication. If you are looking for a septic system especially, and thought you would need to rob your kids college fund, call Matt. Seriously a great guy.
