Called Dale for an electrical issue, unfortunately he was out of town but offered to troubleshoot over the phone. Spent a good amount of time diagnosing the issue for free and unsolicited. Will use in the future for RV issues.

He reached out to the dealer and made all the arrangements for the inspection. He provided excellent communication, and kept us in the loop through the entire process.
