Michele and Terri were patient and kind during a very hard time in our lives. A family member passed on the Monday before Thanksgiving, but they worked hard and fast to make sure a lovely ceremony could happen by Friday. Most importantly: no upselling at all; I stated the exact quality and price that I wanted for everything, then got exactly what I wanted with no resistance or pushing for upgrades. Costs were very reasonable, process was smooth. The best possible choice for a difficult event.
