Excellent work. They kept me informed throughout the whole process. They even walked me through the final install up on the roof. Added a ridge row vent as well and that will definitely help our roof breathe properly.Service: Roof installation

In the fall of 2021, Colorado Roof Toppers installed new roofs on our two mountain homes. The work included replacement of two sheets of damaged roof deck plywood, underlayment with extended ice and water shield, premium shingles, roof peak venting, and gutter systems w/gutter guards.Our experience with Scott and Denise Bart and their excellent crew was first rate from beginning to end. Scott knew the very best method of sealing the roof around the rock fireplace chimneys. The cleanup was flawless.
